With business booming seemingly everywhere and COVID having little negative effect except for how we do things, the outlook for the remainder of ’21 (and beyond) looks strong. Might I add, stronger than it has looked in a long while.
How does all this affect hiring? Glad you asked. Right now, it is the hardest time I have ever seen to find good candidates that are wanting to leave their current companies, but I do see that changing and here is why. While we were in the throws of the Pandemic, no one quite knew what would happen next and changing careers or companies was risky and filled with uncertainty. Now as we see the BRIGHT LIGHT at the end of the tunnel, I think more and more people will finally feel comfortable considering something new. Between COVID and the temperature of the country, things are less stressful, and we can finally breathe a little easier knowing that tomorrow should be a better day than today.
Having said all that, we have several open positions below, and on our website (updated regularly as always). (Have you seen our new and updated site, www.eda-careers.com)? I have companies calling me that have not before, or not in a while, just to have me find them candidates, and I know more openings will be continually coming our way as I accept new business...there is only so much I can do in a 12-hour day. So here is the real question: why use my agency when looking for a new job? Simple, because no one knows the industry like us, and no one has the follow-up and contacts that we do, nor can anyone guide you through the process better...Just look at my recommendations on LinkedIn for proof of that.

Compensations are up and the pendulum is on the side of the candidate because it is so incredibly difficult to find good people that are ready to contribute on Day 1. Lastly, making sure we have a CURRENT copy of your resume in our database ensures that when something good comes along that fits you specifically, your name will pop up in our database search as someone to call--and you WANT to get that call, for you to decide yes or no.
