Thanks to so many of you who have checked in on me or reached out missing my newsletters and usual outreach. I am back in full swing after a very involved contract that took me away from the everyday recruiting I have practiced (still trying to perfect) for the last nearly 30 years. A few orthopedic procedures got in the way, but better now. I still had two great years making placements because of my reputation, but now my focus is laser-like. The good news is, hiring remains strong but, the requirements are more exacting than ever.
My specialty is still EDA/Semi and Web/Storage/Cloud as it pertains to the SEMI environment. In a world where bots flood our inboxes with generic recruiting offers devoid of any personal touch, or remotely understanding our intricate skills, we still offer that genuine human connection and expertise. Now, more than ever, we are here, hearing, reading, understanding your needs, personally helping with actual knowledge and experience.
